VAULTSEEDS sells botanical collectible seeds strictly for souvenir, collectible, and research purposes only. These seeds are not intended for germination or cultivation unless explicitly permitted by your local laws.

By purchasing from VAULTSEEDS, you agree to take full responsibility for complying with the legal requirements in your country.

2. Buyer Responsibility

Laws vary between EU countries. While collectible seed possession may be legal, germination and cultivation are often restricted or prohibited.

It is your duty to check the laws in your region. VAULTSEEDS will not be held responsible for misuse of the seeds or any legal consequences after delivery.

3. Regional Shipping Restrictions

VAULTSEEDS does not ship to the following countries due to strict or unclear laws regarding seed sales:

• Hungary
• Slovakia
• Cyprus
• Finland
• Portugal
• France
• Italy

Orders placed for these countries will be canceled and refunded.

4. Shipping and Packaging

Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for privacy and discretion. Discreet labeling is used for all products.

Products are labeled and invoiced as botanical collectibles, in compliance with EU regulations.

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days within the EU. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
